Wayne is an experienced performance director with a great aptitude for storytelling and casting. Armed with a B.A in Literature, M.A in Ideology and PHD in Philosophy, Wayne won a Creative Circle for his first ever ad he directed for the Met Police and has since picked up a Cannes Lions and World Medal NY at the Ad Fest Awards.

He currently has two films in development/ pre production, ‘Snake & Mongoose’ a 70’s drag racing movie casting now and an ‘untitled punk movie’ starring Paloma Faith and Jessica Brown Finlay which shoots autumn 2012.
