Kate Modern was a global sensation, pioneering how stories could be told, and audiences built, through social media and the internet. Bigballs developed and directed the first series, which had over 67 million views.

The series won the Broadcasting Press Guild award for Innovation in Broadcasting and was nominated for a BAFTA.
